Note: Each applicant submits one application form even if they apply for more than one program at different departments provided that they state the programs they will apply in the order of preference above

After you have filled in the application form, please DO NOT FORGET to attach the documents required for application. You can also hand in the documents to the International Student Office in Kartal campus if possible. Applications without required documents will be rejected.

Not: Bu formdaki tüm bilgilerin doğruluğunu onaylıyorum. Başvuru formunda istenilen bilgilerin eksik veya yanlış olması halinde Gedik Üniversitesi tarafından hakkımda yapılacak olan işlemleri kabul ediyorum.

Birden fazla bölüme başvuran aday, başvurmak istediği bölümleri tercih sırasına göre yazmak koşulu ile yalnızca bir başvuru formu doldurabilir.

Web sayfamızda bulunan lisans/ lisansüstü başvuru formunu doldurduktan sonra, ön değerlendirme için gerekli olan evrakları eklemeyi unutmayınız. Gerekli evrakları e-posta yolu ile gönderebileceğiniz gibi, eğer imkanınız varsa Kartal kampüsümüzdeki Yabancı Uyruklu Öğrenci Ofisine elden de teslim edebilirsiniz. Belgesiz başvurular dikkate alınmayacaktır.

3. Belgelendirilmek istenen başka evrak veya sınav sonucu( SAT, TOEFL, IELTS ,GRE,GMAT gibi….)
