EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING ERASMUS + MAIN AND SUBSEQUENT STUDENTS

  • The threshold for passing the Foreign Language Exam is 60.
  • In evaluations; 50% of the General Weighted Grade Point Average and 50% of the Foreign Language Score are taken. The sum of these scores constitutes the final score (Erasmus + Score).
  • Disabled students (provided that they are documented) +10 points are applied.
  • Martyrs and Veterans’ spouses and children receive +15 points (provided it is documented).
  • 10 points are deducted from the Erasmus + score of the students who previously benefited from the Erasmus (Internship and / or Education) program and the new final score of the student is calculated. In case the second activity takes place in the same academic year, it will be left to the student’s choice of which activity will be reduced by -10 points..
  • In order to determine the number of students to take the exam and to prevent the waste of resources for organizing the exam, students who apply for the exam but do not participate without a force majeure will be deducted -5 points from the weighted selection scores if they apply again to any mobility within the scope of higher education.
  • Placements are final in terms of Erasmus (education / internship mobility), but a pre-selection in terms of grant. Students who wish can benefit from the Erasmus + Mobility Program without grant within the scope of the agreement quotas.
  • Students who were selected in the previous year and could not be sent due to insufficient grant / quota or other reasons cannot be sent directly to the next year by transferring them as “vested rights”.
