Our Students Successfully Represented Our University at EUSA Combat Sports 2026

The EUSA Combat Sports 2026 – European Universities Combat Sports Championship was held in Tirana, Albania. Our students Rüya Diler and Hayrunnisa Gürbüz from the Department of Physical Education and Teaching successfully represented our university at the championship.

Organized by the European University Sports Association (EUSA), EUSA Combat Sports 2026 was held in the capital city of Albania, Tirana, with the participation of university student-athletes from various European countries.

At the European Universities Combat Sports Championship, our Department of Physical Education and Teaching students competed in their respective weight categories, with Rüya Diler in the 57 kg category and Hayrunnisa Gürbüz in the 53 kg category, representing our university on the international stage.

Our students’ participation in this prestigious European university-level sporting event is an important indication of both their dedication to sports and our university’s continued support for sports and student-athletes.
