“SEAFOOD WORKSHOP WITH CHEF ÖZER BİNGÖL” EVENT WAS HELD

Within the scope of the Professional Kitchen Practices II course conducted by Lecturer Büşra DİKEN ÇOLAK, the in-class event titled “Seafood Workshop” with the participation of Chef Özer BİNGÖL was held on April 15. Within the scope of the event, techniques for processing and preparing jumbo shrimp, sea bass, salmon, and calamari were learned. We extend our thanks to Chef Özer BİNGÖL for sharing his valuable knowledge.
