POLITICAL SCIENCE AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION PHD PROGRAM
CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING STUDENTS
- Students from all departments could apply for the PhD program. However, graduates of Political Science and Public Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, Political Science and International Relations, and International Relations will be given priority in the application process.
- PhD Program offers minimum 7 courses with 21 credits, a Seminar, PhD proficiency exam, PhD proposal, and PhD thesis (a total of 240 ECTS) for students having MA degree in the relevant academic branches. Applicants need 55 ALES grade for making applications or equivalent degree from other exams.
- PhD Program offers minimum 15 courses with 45 credits, a Seminar, PhD proficiency exam, PhD proposal, and PhD thesis (a total of 300 ECTS) for students accepted with their BA degree. Applicants need 55 ALES grade for making applications or equivalent degree from other exams.
- For students applying from other departments, Social Sciences Institute will decide on the number of courses and the total numbers of credits and ECTS during the Scientific Preparation year with the condition of exceeding the original program maximum 50 %.
