Message From The Head Of Program

Dear Students and Prospective Applicants,

Culinary Arts is not merely the art of preparing food; it is a multifaceted profession that brings together cultural heritage, scientific knowledge, creativity, and professionalism. Today, the rapidly evolving food and beverage industry has an increasing demand for innovative, well-equipped professionals who possess strong technical expertise and can successfully combine traditional culinary values with contemporary gastronomic approaches.

Our Culinary Arts Program aims to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required by the profession by integrating the rich heritage of Turkish cuisine with international culinary practices. Throughout their education, students receive comprehensive training in fundamental and advanced cooking techniques, food and beverage management, kitchen organization, hygiene and sanitation, food safety, professional culinary terminology, and the latest industry practices.

Our goal is to educate qualified culinary professionals and future executive chefs who are productive, dynamic, committed to ethical values, capable of effective teamwork, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to lifelong learning. Beyond developing professional competencies, we place great importance on ensuring that our graduates become analytical thinkers, effective problem-solvers, and adaptable professionals who can meet the ever-changing demands of the gastronomy industry.

With our distinguished academic staff and practice-oriented educational approach, we take pride in preparing our students for successful careers across all areas of the food and beverage sector.

We warmly welcome all students who aspire to turn their passion for culinary arts into a profession and wish them every success in their academic journey and future careers.
