Hands-On Training in Digital Logistics for Our Students

Istanbul Gedik University continues to connect its students with the industry and support them in making a strong start to their careers after graduation. Students enrolled in the International Trade and Finance (English), International Trade and Logistics (English), and Foreign Trade (English) programs have recently completed a significant training program focused on the digital transformation of the logistics sector.

Within the scope of the “Lojisoft Software Training,” conducted in collaboration with one of our industry partners, Lojisoft, students had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with web-based software platforms used in supply chain processes. The training was delivered by Mr. Adnan Sakman, Deputy General Manager of Lojisoft.

Throughout the training, various modules were covered in detail, including road, sea, air, and rail transportation, as well as warehouse and bonded warehouse management, customer relationship management (CRM), and integration with finance and accounting systems. In practice-based sessions supported by real-time scenarios, students developed essential skills such as data integration, screen customization, reporting, and data analysis, gaining a comprehensive understanding of digital logistics processes.
