Information Regarding the Exams on September 1 and September 3

Information About the  Exams

The Placement Test on September 1 is administered in order to predict the levels of our newly registered students. According to the exam result, students are placed in either the A2 or B1 class. Students who receive B2 or above will take the English Proficiency Exam on September 3. Students who score 60 or above on the English Proficiency Exam are considered exempt from preparatory education. Students who cannot score above 60 will be placed in the B1 class.
Our students who have previously received preparatory education but failed the English Proficiency Exam will take the English Proficiency Exam directly. These students are required to register. Please follow the announcements for the registration form.
The Placement Test is a 90-minute multiple-choice exam consisting of listening, reading, and grammar sections. The English Proficiency Exam measures listening, reading, and grammar skills through multiple-choice questions. After 1 hour and 40 minutes, there is a 20-minute break. Afterwards, writing skills are assessed for 40 minutes. There is another 20-minute break, followed by the speaking section. For the English Proficiency Exam, you need to be here between 10:00 and 16:00. Students who finish the speaking exam may leave.
Students who arrive late for the exams cannot take the listening section and will not be admitted to the classroom until the listening section is over. It is recommended that you be at the exam location at 9:30.
