“Speed Development” Event Held at Istanbul Gedik University

The “Speed Development” event, organized by the Department of Exercise and Sport Sciences at Istanbul Gedik University, focused on speed—one of the fundamental components of athletic performance—through both theoretical and practical sessions.

With contributions from guest speaker Athletic Performance Coach Berk Kurtarır and our university’s Research Assistant Ebrar Şevval Coşkun, students of sport sciences had the opportunity to apply scientifically grounded training methods in the field.
