Our University Represented at the TÜSF Universities Coordination Meeting

Between 12–14 November 2025, the Universities Coordination Meeting organized by the Turkish University Sports Federation (TÜSF) was held in Antalya. Our university was represented at the meeting by the Dean of the Faculty of Sport Sciences, Professor Esra Doğru Hüzmeli, and the Faculty’s Sports Coordinator, Associate Professor Atakan Çağlayan.

Bringing together higher education institutions from across the country, this comprehensive meeting reviewed in detail the organizational calendar, host institutions, competition dates by discipline, and overall season planning for the interuniversity sports competitions to be held during the 2025–2026 season.

Throughout the meeting, evaluations were made regarding our university’s participation strategies for the new season, increasing the diversity of sports branches, supporting our student-athletes, and strengthening our national representation. In addition, important discussions were held to enhance cooperation between the federation and universities, increase institutional visibility, and promote a broader sports culture.

These productive meetings held on behalf of our university will contribute to the athletic development of our students and further reinforce our university’s active role in interuniversity sports organizations.
