OUR COOKERY PROGRAM STUDENTS BROUGHT THE CHAMPIONSHIP TO OUR UNIVERSITY IN THE 4TH CHOCOLATE CUP COMPETITION

In the 4th Chocolate Cup competition organized by the Eurasian Gastronomy and Cooks Federation, our Cookery Program students brought a championship to our university. Our 1st team won the championship trophy in the competition that we participated with 3 teams on 25 December. Our Culinary 1st year students won gold medals, while our 2nd year Cookery students won 3 silver medals. In the competition held on 24 December, 1 silver medal in the Cake Category; 1 gold medal, 3 silver medals, 2 bronze medals in the Restaurant Dessert Plate category;

1 silver medal was won in the Truffle category and 1 silver medal was won in the Mousse category. We congratulate all our students who have received degrees and wish them continued success.
At the same time, our Healin Foods chef Mina Özgüç, who competed in the Pastry category at the event, won the gold medal.
