Istanbul Gedik University Strengthened Its International Vision at EURIE 2026

Istanbul Gedik University participated in EURIE 2026 (Eurasia Higher Education Summit), held in Istanbul between 7–9 April 2026, in line with its internationalization strategy.

Bringing together universities, institutional representatives, and education stakeholders from around the world, the summit once again attracted significant attention. Istanbul Gedik University’s booth received great interest throughout the event, contributing to the university’s global visibility.

Our esteemed Rector, Prof. Dr. Feriha Erfan Kuyumcu, and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Egemen Sulukan, visited our booth and toured other exhibition areas, engaging with international representatives.

During the summit, representatives from the International Relations and Erasmus Office held numerous productive meetings with various international institutions. These meetings focused on strengthening existing partnerships, exploring new collaborations, enhancing student and staff mobility, and developing joint academic and research projects.

In addition, detailed information about the university’s academic programs, educational opportunities, and international activities was shared with visitors, further increasing the global recognition of Istanbul Gedik University.

Through its active participation in EURIE 2026, Istanbul Gedik University once again demonstrated its strong commitment to internationalization and its dedication to building sustainable global partnerships.
