“MENU DESIGN” EVENT HELD!

Within the scope of the Menu Planning course conducted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ela Nazlı KÖZ, an event titled “Menu Design” was held on May 13, 2025, with the participation of Asst. Prof. Dr. Kusay TATLI from the Department of Visual Communication Design. During the event, the fundamental principles of menu design, visual communication strategies, and user-oriented design approaches were discussed. Supported with practical examples, the event contributed to reinforcing the students’ theoretical knowledge.
