“FAR EAST ASIAN CUISINE: SUSHI WORKSHOP” EVENT HELD!

As part of the “International Cuisines II” course conducted by Lecturer Günay HASDEMİR in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, an in-class event titled “Far East Asian Cuisine: Sushi Preparation” was held on May 8,2025 in our training kitchen with the participation of Lecturer İsmail ÜSTÜNEL. During the event, practical instruction was provided on the preparation and presentation techniques of signature dishes from Far Eastern cuisine, including sushi rice and vinegar preparation, varieties of ramen, the tempura technique, cured salmon, and various types of sushi.
