Erasmus+ Jean Monnet “GRAST” Summer School Courses and Free Scholarship Application
Dear Students,
A Summer School program has been organized under the university elective course UNI111, within the scope of the “GRAST – Green Transition and Sustainability” project carried out under the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module. In accordance with European Commission regulations, this special training program will be conducted free of charge, and a limited number of students will be provided with a full scholarship.
The application requirements and implementation principles for students who wish to take this course during the summer school and develop themselves in the fields of green transition and sustainability are detailed below:
Application and Evaluation Principles:
- The free scholarship quota is limited to a maximum of 10 students. The program is open to all 4-year undergraduate students, regardless of their university, major, or language of instruction.
- Applications will be received via https://bilgi.gedik.edu.tr/. The deadline for applications is July 1st.
- Applications will be ranked based on the students’ Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). You can submit your documents to the relevant contact persons by email via https://grast.gedik.edu.tr/.
- In the event of a tie in CGPA among applicants, priority will be given to students in higher classes (seniority).
- The final list of accepted students resulting from the applications will be officially announced.
- Due to our university’s automation system requirements, the course fee must be paid temporarily during the course registration process. For students who qualify for the scholarship quota, this fee will be fully refunded following the start of the summer school courses. This process is a technical system requirement, and the program remains completely free of charge for scholarship recipients.
