Court Office Services

Admission Requirements

Applicants who have graduated from high school or an equivalent institution may apply to the Court Office Services Program by obtaining a sufficient score in the Basic Proficiency Test (TYT) within the scope of the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) conducted by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).

The program also admits students through horizontal transfer. International applicants are required to demonstrate Turkish language proficiency.

Program Objectives and Learning Outcomes

The primary objective of the Court Office Services Program is to train qualified intermediate personnel who can work in:

  • Judicial and administrative courts
  • Law offices
  • Notary public offices
  • Enforcement (execution) offices
  • Relevant departments of public and private institutions

Within the program, students acquire knowledge and skills in:

  • The structure and functioning of the judiciary

 Internship Program

As part of the curriculum, students are required to complete a 20-working-day internship in order to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice.

Internships may be completed at courthouses, law offices, or other relevant institutions, enabling students to reinforce their academic knowledge through professional experience.

Vertical Transfer and Academic Progression

Graduates of the Court Office Services Program may pursue bachelor’s degree programs through the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS).

They may apply to undergraduate programs such as:

Career Opportunities

Graduates may be employed in positions such as:

  • Court clerk (zabıt kâtibi) in courthouses
