IGUN-TOMER Historical and Cultural Trip in Istanbul with Students

On 28 November 2024, IGUN-TOMER organized a trip for our Turkish Preparatory students to support their language learning process and provide direct cultural exposure. Students visited the Uskudar Maiden’s Tower and the Historic Peninsula in Istanbul, gaining information about the city’s history at the Maiden’s Tower and exploring significant sites such as Topkapı Palace and Hagia Sophia in the Historic Peninsula. 

Through these visits, students not only improved their Turkish language skills but also discovered Turkish history and culture. These trips transformed language learning into a rich and immersive experience.
