Research Assistant Defne Ezgi Akkaya Boyraz Presented Two Papers at the 8th International Exercise and Sport Psychology Congress

Research Assistant Defne Ezgi Akkaya Boyraz from the Department of Sports Management at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Istanbul Gedik University, participated in the 8th International Exercise and Sport Psychology Congress held in Istanbul from April 24 to 26, 2025, with two oral presentations.

Organized in collaboration with Marmara University Faculty of Sports Sciences, Istanbul Gedik University Faculty of Sports Sciences, and the Exercise and Sport Psychology Association, the congress featured Akkaya Boyraz’s studies titled “Peer Communication and Psychological Resilience: A Study on Young Athletes” and “Psychological Implications of Effective Feedback in Coach-Athlete Communication.” These presentations offered valuable insights into the impact of communication and psychological factors on young athletes in sports environments.
