Reducer (Gearbox) Seminar Held with the Contribution of İmak

Organized jointly by the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Career and Guidance Center, a technical seminar was successfully held with broad participation from academics and students. Supported by valuable contributions from İmak Gearbox (İmak Redüktör), the event highlighted the vital importance of industry-academia collaboration once again. The strong interest shown by students from various disciplines, alongside the Faculty of Engineering, demonstrated the sustainability- and technology-oriented vision of the event. The event stood out as one of the key outputs under the ongoing Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Project, “Green Transition and Sustainability – GRAST,” hosted at our university. Within the scope of the project, which addresses green and digital transformations concurrently, valuable knowledge and expertise regarding the European Union’s sustainability policies continue to be transferred to both students and industry practitioners.
