Dr. Çağla Pınarlı Falakacılar’s Article Published in BMC Women’s Health, a WOS SCIE Q1 Journal

A scientific study titled “Mediterranean Diet Adherence and Metabolic Health in Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: A Retrospective Cross-Sectional Study,” has been published in BMC Women’s Health, one of the most prestigious international journals in the field of women’s health (Indexed in Web of Science; ranked Q1 in the Obstetrics & Gynecology category of SCIE and Q2 in the Public, Environmental & Occupational Health category of SSCI).

The study evaluated the relationship between adherence to the Mediterranean diet and metabolic and anthropometric indicators in women diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The findings are intended to contribute to the development of nutritional approaches for women with PCOS and to strengthen the scientific evidence for the metabolic management of the disease.
