ORIENTATION PROGRAM HELD FOR THE ENGLISH PROGRAM OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PHYSIOTHERAPY AND REHABILITATION AT ISTANBUL GEDIK UNIVERSITY

An orientation program was held to support the adaptation of newly enrolled students in the English An orientation program was organized to support the newly enrolled students of the English Program of the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Istanbul Gedik University in adapting to university and departmental life. The program was attended by the Head of the Department, Esra DOĞRU HÜZMELİ, the Deputy Head of the Department, Amine ATAÇ, and the faculty members of the department.

The orientation program was held as part of the English Program of the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, which admitted its first students as of the 2026–2027 Academic Year. During the program, students were provided with comprehensive information about the educational processes and the topics they were curious about.

As part of the program, students were informed about the department’s educational structure, course processes, academic advising services, examination and assessment procedures, as well as the academic and social opportunities offered by the university. In addition, students were introduced to the department’s faculty members and academic advisors and were provided with information about the academic and administrative units they can contact when they need support.

As the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, we warmly welcome our students who have newly joined our English Program and wish them a successful and productive academic journey.
