ASSIST. PROF. DR. TUBA ÇATAK’S ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN THE INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND ERGONOMICS, INDEXED IN WOS SSCI (Q3)

İstanbul Gedik University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing Head Assistant Professor Dr. Tuba Çatak, as a co-author, has published the article entitled “Safety Motivation and Related Factors in Nurses: A Qualitative Study” in the International Journal of Occupational Safety and Ergonomics (JOSE), a Web of Science (SSCI)-indexed Q3 journal.

The study explored nurses’ motivation toward safe behaviors within the scope of occupational health and safety, as well as the factors influencing such motivation, using a qualitative research design. The findings highlight the importance of supporting nurses’ safety motivation and strengthening educational and managerial policies in fostering a sustainable safety culture within healthcare institutions.

We congratulate Assistant Professor Dr. Tuba Çatak and all researchers involved in this study on this significant academic achievement and wish them continued success in their future scientific endeavors.
